- You should get an automatic email from Australia Post with your tracking number. Check your spam or junk folder.
- No tracking number within 10 business days? Get in touch and we'll chase it.
- Damaged, missing or wrong bottle, or the parcel never arrived? Tell us and we'll sort it out. Orders are packed by hand, so mistakes can happen, we'll fix them fast.
- International orders: bottles carry an acronym instead of the product name, NIC, NIC+, VPC, PAR.

Preserved in alcohol, the tinctures last many years. Even unopened bottles ordered in bulk stay fully potent for a very long time.
Store somewhere cool and dark with the lid tight. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and electronics. They're far more robust than homeopathics.
