No tracking number within 10 business days? Get in touch and we'll chase it.
Damaged, missing or wrong bottle, or the parcel never arrived? Tell us and we'll sort it out. Orders are packed by hand, so mistakes can happen, we'll fix them fast.
International orders: bottles carry an acronym instead of the product name, NIC, NIC+, VPC, PAR.
Where We Ship
AUS, USA, UK, NZ, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Canada, European countries outside the EU.
And several other countries. EU countries like Germany, Spain and Iceland have much stricter import rules, we can always try. If customs won't allow it, you get a full refund once the product returns to sender.
Got friends or family in the UK who can receive it and hand deliver it to you? That may be the easier option.
Shelf Life & Storage
Preserved in alcohol, the tinctures last many years. Even unopened bottles ordered in bulk stay fully potent for a very long time.
Store somewhere cool and dark with the lid tight. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and electronics. They're far more robust than homeopathics.
