For Most Of My
Life, I Was Lied To.
I didn't realise it at the time but I was lied to about how to live a life of functionality. About purpose, health, women, food, forgiveness, religion, spirituality. After reaching rock bottom so many times that the pain of remaining the same was far greater than the fear of doing the work, I took full ownership.
It May Not Have Been My Fault. It Was 100% My Responsibility.
That's when the switch went off. I started asking: what else are they wrong about?
That question led me to put a lifetime of addiction to drink, drugs, gambling, sex, porn, limiting beliefs, and negative self-talk behind me — without any 12-step programs or meetings. I healed my body and freed myself of chronic illness and autoimmune disease by questioning and challenging the narrative until I could validate it for myself.
The process built trust in my intuition. Relationships improved. I surrounded myself with people who lifted me up. And the universe tapped me on the shoulder and said: maybe you want to teach others about this.
The Courage
Manifesto.
Five truths I live by — the operating system underneath everything I do.
Every leap worth taking has a price. That price is fear. Pay it.
Before anyone else backs you, you back yourself. Loudly. In writing. With money.
Set goals the current version of you believes are impossible. Then close the gap.
It atrophies without use. Train it daily — reps and sets, like any other capacity.
Move. Fail fast. Iterate. The universe rewards decisive, courageous action.
Vulnerability. Honestly. From A Place Of Triumph.
Courage is learning how to share vulnerably, honestly, with context, the biggest challenges in your life — not from victimhood, but from a place of triumph. So that others may see their own story in your example.
The more you verbalise your challenges from a place of triumph, the less power they hold over you. When everybody gets comfortable telling their story that way, it gives others permission to triumph for themselves. And they pass it forward. We're standing on the shoulders of giants.

World's Best Courage Coach
is a declaration.
It's a declaration to the universe about how I choose to show up — nothing to do with pride or ego. It can be intimidating. It's intentionally designed to be.
